Hi

About a year ago I tried to create a spellchecker for Luxembourgish ("Ltzebuergesch"). Unfortunately, I had to stop after a few weeks because I didn't have much time.
I relaunched the project a week ago and some people agreed to help me.

Now, I still have a few questions that I wanted to ask the list:

1. Are there any web-based tools that I can use to "manage" the word-lists and that allow other users to contribute?

2. Should I first create the affix rules and then classify the words or should I simply collect words and "munch" the wordlist with the myspell standalone-tool? What is your experience with collecting words?

3. Who do I have to ask to get the locale for Luxembourgish into OpenOffice? (The ISO code for the country of Luxembourg is "LU" and the ISO-code for the language is "ltz" if that helps...)

Here's the website of the project: http://michel.weimerskirch.net/spellchecker (Project description in English at the bottom of the page. There isn't much information yet, because I'm still planning several things.)

Thanks for your help,
Michel Weimerskirch

PS: For those who like to see what the language looks like, there is a wikipedia here: http://lb.wikipedia.org
