Hi Michel,
I have a web crawler that I use to build word lists for
minority languages: http://borel.slu.edu/crubadan/
I've used it in collaboration with several language
groups to create new spell checkers (15 and counting).
I can set it up if you send me whatever word list you
have so far. A list of Ltzebuergesch URLs to
start the crawler on is good too.
Let me also plug Jacob Sparre Andersen's "speling.org" tool,
which is an email-based tool for managing and editing
word lists in a distributed fashion (under the
"beerware" license")
http://www.speling.org/
We've got the crawler working nicely with his package now -
once a week it sends out lists of the new words it's
found for editing.
