András Tímár has made the Hunspell 1.1.0 UNO component for Windows:

Köszönöm szépen to you both, now it's better. Unfortunately, I'll
probably be offline for coming weeks, so can't prepare good reports,
so, here's only quick look:
I. good:
a) the problem about capital letters in Belarusian seems to be solved
b) Hunspell knows Esperanto
II. and not so good:
a) the ё problem in Russian persists
b) still not very algorithm of suggestions for misspelled words.
Example (now in Esperanto :-)
I want to write “kaĉo”, but instead write:
1) “kacxo”: in that case, there's one and only right suggestion:
“kaĉo”. But that may be attributed to the fact that there's an entry
in .aff:
REP 36
REP cx ĉ
REP gx ĝ
REP hx ĥ
REP jx ĵ
REP sx ŝ
REP ux ŭ
etc... (esperantists know what the “x method” is :-)
2) “kacco”: in that case, I get three suggestions: “kaciko”, “akacio”,
“kuraco”. None is what I want and all the three seem to me farther
from “kacco” than “kaĉo”.
So, you've got some homework :-)
