Please assign it to me (mba). I just have finished the work to convert
the existing dictionaries into extensions and it will take only a few
more minutes for your extension if I get all the necessary files
(dictionaries, locales(the old dictionary.lst will be ok for that),
readmes, licence files etc.).

Martin, any licencing issues we have to clarify before we can integrate
everything?
