As far as I know, all dictionaries provided with OOo2 are also
provided with OOo3, but only few of them will be installed for each
localizations.

mba is probably the one you should contact.
Others dictionaries available on the wiki are not provided with OOo,
probably due to license issues (or maybe files were not commited by
their creators).
