Meanwhile someone contributed a script to convert the old dictionaries
to extensions. I'm going to see how we can use it to provide new
extensions. At least I wanted to ask the submitters of them before.
Perhaps we can even include more dictionaries in our code repository so
that we can bundle more of them.
