After further testing it looks like it is creating multiple cfgrids inside a
loop or cfoutput which is the problem.
Create them individually and it works fine.
So you basically can't do grouping like I'm tryingto do.
I haven't used it myself, so I'm not sure how you'd do it, but how about
using the repeater cfformgroup?
One grid inside the repeater both of which are fed by a query.
