are you trying to send mail instantly? in the same template?
if so, it could be that the file isn't there when you send the mail...
which would cause the error.
Do you have a cflock around the cffile? you should. make it named lock
and give it a reasonable time out.
test again, and it should work, this error is more than likely down to
the time it takes cf to copy the file from the temp directory to where
you want it.

Cannot attach 'd:\wwwroot\araxi.fr\wwwroot\ACF29DC.doc' to the mail
