OK thanks, it's uploading now to the "upload" file. The problem know is I
can get it to send me the attachment. here is the code so far

<CF_FILE action="upload" FileField="File"
destination="#expandPath('./')#upload/"  NameConflict="Makeunique">

<cfmail to="[EMAIL PROTECTED]" from="[EMAIL PROTECTED]" subject="website form"
type="HTML"> <CFIF #FORM.FILE# IS NOT ""> <cfmailparam
file="#ExpandPath(File.ServerFile)#">
</CFIF>

how do I point it to the upload file?

Shawn
