TBH, I've given up on buying reference books because I now have so many
outdated copies you wouldn't believe.  I used to buy them for the sake of
having the most recent version, but I haven't brought a CF7 specific book
yet (and have no plans to).

Also, I find it more useful (& quicker) using the online documentation +
google for research/reference/code examples etc. 

If I was to buy a book, I quite like Forta's exam guide (cause it's easy to
read/carry around and covers all the major stuff)

But its not designed to be a comprehensive reference book.
