>- see footer for list info -< Folks, I'm looking for some feedback on your experiences contacting Adobe(as well as Macromedia) here in the UK in regards technical and sales matters with ColdFusion.
When you phoned, was the person who answered able to help? Now by help I mean any of the following: *Could they answer the question(s) you had? *Could they solve your problem? *Did they pass you over to the correct person? *Were they able to set you up with a follow up call with the right person if they couldn't help at that time? *Ultimately, were you satisfied with the service you got? Or ... *Were they clueless to what ColdFusion was? *Were you told ColdFusion had been discontinued? *Did they "pass you over" to someone else but really just disconnected you? *Did they pass you over to someone else who didn't know what ColdFusion was either? Also, just for curiosities sake, what's your opinion of how well (or badly) ColdFusion is markered in the UK? I'm not doing this on behalf of Adobe, I'm just really interested to see what people's perception of Adobe UK is from a ColdFusion perspective. I do intend to pass the results onto Tim Buntel. One last thing, please email me your experiences OFF list. Doing so will make it easier for me to track and collate the info.
