I was made to parse a poorly constructed 100Mb xml file into tables in mssql
using only text manipulation functions in CF5 for a job interview. It took
me an entire day. The interview itself lasted 25 minutes. Bah.

My girlfriend told me afterwards that it wasn't so much a test as they
couldn't get anyone else in-house to do it.

I got the job.

stoopid employers.
