That's because real life is different. I'm used to cfeclipse and code
completion. Not because I can't write the code, but because it really
helps
you to acquire what you need quicker. Things like write a code using
notepad
and using cfeclipse. It'll take longer in notepad if you're used to code
completion, colours and code indentation, but you still can do it.
On SQL Server sometimes it's easier to build complex queries with joins
using the query builder instead of using query analyzer. You will do it
either way, but will spend less time using the query builder.
