Guess what? A month on and I still haven't been sent my CF8 serial numbers
by Adobe. I've made numerous phone calls and get blown off by some lousy
excuse each time. I even tried to lodge a complaint. I've emailed Tim Buntel
(he's away) and Adam Lehman (no reply) and have now run out of civil ideas.

Legally they are in default of our contract to supply the goods.
Professionally they are the most unorganised & unhelpful company I've ever
dealt with. I get far better service from $30 shareware authors and that's
no lie. I am so glad that we didn't put CF8 into production using a 30 day
trial licence in the mistaken belief that Adobe would get our licences to us
in time.

I was chastised last month for complaining about the price of CF Enterprise.
I was told by fellow members of the community that I should expect to pay
enterprise amounts of money for an enterprise class product. Okay, but in
return shouldn't I expect to be treated like an enterprise class customer
rather than a piece of crap that fell off their shoe?

Does anyone have any suggestions please?
