Great timing - just received an email from Adobe promoting an event:

ADOBE BUSINESS EXCHANGE 2007
*The Challenge of Customer Engagement*

Without reading further I imagined the agenda...
1) Save money by ignoring customers - think of the customer service
resources they consume!
2) Increase profits by not sending out paid-for goods.
3) Learn how to shield managers from customer engagement.
4) Every attendee will receive a free foam finger to show their customers.
