If you call them and tell them it has been confirmed as a bug, then you
should not be charged.
There is also a feature request/bug report page somewhere on the Adobe site.

I've received a reply from a really nice Adobe guy. He's found the problem
and needs me to report it officially to Adobe Support so the process can be
started for him to write a hotfix. Anyone know how to report it officially
to support without being asked for a $500 fee to open a ticket?

Gary.
