MS Word 97 can do more than MS Word 3 in a similar time, but it's not
faster.

Sorry Paolo,

That's a bit too abstract for me to see how it relates to the difference
in 'speed' or 'ability do more in a given time' between CF 5 and CFMX,
or between CFMX and .NET.

Like I said I'm having a stoopid day.
