People chat on this list because often it is very quiet. However, when I've needed help I've always found an answer from you guys. It's not the busiest list, but it's certainly well supported. I'd rather have a small group of wise developers than a large groups of hit and miss teens.
On the subject of CF growth: The fact there are more sites might just be because as time goes by more sites are created, not because there is proportionally greater demand. CF is definately bigger than it was 2 years ago, but I'd be dubious about growth from 12 months ago. However, I await more stats from the guys in the know.
