Hi Stephen,

Cheers for that - one of the va fields was memo. Was an error, but that
should have been picked up on our dev server - not sure why it works on
dev server but not live. Anyway, have referenced the fields by name now,
rather than * and all okay. Bizarre.

Its just what it says it is.......

You cannot include a Memo field in the DISTINCT query.

At a guess I was say that one of the fields in va.* is a memo field.
