That's what I thought too actually. Install the updater once and then use it to run 
the service releases as they become available. I guess it doesn't matter in the end...

Yeah, soz. I think I must have missed something. I though (mistakenly, obviously) that 
the updater was a facility that would ensure that all service releases were installed 
in a similar manner to how windows update works for windoze. I'll wake up now.  ;-)
