I was thinking that as flash and CF are made by the same people and are designed to talk to each other easily would be a good point. As I said most of the stuff on the server will just be CFC's to call DB queries.
Oh yes and we'll need clusters. Is PHP any good at this? We are creating a flash driven site attached to a large Database and there will be quite a lot of calls to the Database through flash remoting. At our end we have been using CFMX with flash remoting, at the other companies end they have been using PHP to talk to flash and the server. Any points in favour of CF would be appreciated.
