Maybe I'm being na�ve, but I'd hope that if we give 5 people administrative control so 
that they can publish answers, none of them would publish stuff that was bollocks. At 
the very worst, you'd get something that might be slightly incorrect, but which would 
hopefully get picked up by one of the other 4.
