If you're using apache try sticking the following in an .htaccess file
(or within the appropriate virtual host section of httpd.conf):

php_value auto_prepend_file /full/path/to/Application.php

That will mimic the behaviour of Application.cfm.  There is also a
similar ini directive called "auto_append_file" which will act like
OnRequestEnd.cfm.  For more info on the sort of things you can set in
