The best way is to install an ISAPI filter into the webserver that changes the URL before passing the request to the webserver or CF. Goto www.pstruh.cz and get the URL replacer (if your using IIS), if your using Apacahe try MOD Rewrite
With this you can makes all your URLS and links friendly by using / instead of ? And & and the filter will put these chars back when requests are made to the server.
