CFXImage is pretty straightforward to use, but it will require you/user to upload the pic before you can do anything with it. It can also resize them for you if you want, although the quality may not be fantastic.

There are actually two different CFXImage tags, one of which is more complicated to use than the other. Mail me off list if you want the simpler version.

There are others tags out there, but I haven't used them.
