Basically we want to create an application for building customised
wallpapers. The idea should be that they upload a picture to the
server, it then sticks it into a SWF and allows them to resize the
photo and add messages/backgrounds etc. Once they're done Cold Fusion
(or any other way you can suggest) takes a 'screen shot' of the SWF
and displays it on screen as a JPG for them.
Why not just use HTML and imagemagick??
