--- Comment #14 from Kevin Lange <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 2008-02-28 17:23:51 --- Jesus Christ, can we stop bickering? This is the most active my mailbox has been in years, and all because of an argument over a GL_CONVOLUTION blur plugin? Seriously, /I/ don't care if it's fully integrated into the official Blur or even becomes its own separate (but official plugin), or is left as a third-party extra, but for the love of <insert religious figure here>, stop this senseless fighting. If it's just about a lack of maintenance, then /I'll/ do it. I have a great many uses for this plugin, being an Intel user, and I would _love_ to see it advance as far as the original Blur, even if some CPU usage is sacrificed in the process. What I don't like is that, from what I've read, a single relatively unimportant comment sparked a massive debate. Yes, a feature was removed. Yes, it worked (technically). It was removed because it was poorly written and used from questionable methods. It's not like the plugin is being banned from all things Compiz, it's still out there and it's still being worked on (not as actively as /I/ would like, but it is being worked on) - OasisGames -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.opencompositing.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Dev mailing list [email protected] http://lists.compiz-fusion.org/mailman/listinfo/dev
