Sorry, but I definitely can't reproduce that one. :(
What would be helpful to get is that xprop and xwininfo output for a
disappeared window.
Steps to get it:
- Open your window, execute xwininfo from a terminal, click on the window and
take a note of the window id.
- Repeat steps until a window disappears
- Execute xwininfo -id <noted id> and xprop -id <noted id> where <noted id> is
the id of the disappeared window from a terminal and attach the output here.
