I upgraded to wine 0.9.58-1 (-1 seem to be some Fedora naming thing) and coudn't work with it, coz every wine window freeze on activation for some 10-20 sec. So I downgraded to wine 0.9.47 (this is my work machine, I have to have wine working for couple of apps) and was not able to reproduce the situation. I was kinda trying for 30 mins with no success... So seems to be compiz<->wine thing. When I'll get stable newer wine env. I'll try to reproduce this again as You suggested.
