Ok, I'm back with rather successfull results.
Wine 1.0RC4 + compiz 0.7.4 - latest PL/SQL Developer (7.1.4 and 7.1.5) works
ok, developer 7.0.1 disapear as it did before.
Wine guys fixed this, it was related to Delphi applications, because they use
some small 1x1 px window as main window and it isn't mapped, so window managers
usually loose it.
I think this issue can be set to closed, if smth changes I'll post here again
and reopen the bug.
