I am not sure what you mean here. obs doesn't fade _at all_, neither does (as stated above) the fade plugin animate obs' opacity/brightness/saturation changes. Do you mean the speed of opacity change when scrolling the mouse wheel should be faster? In that case, does increasing the "Step" value do what you want?
