Why do you remove all PrePackages for RD-PQ.
I agree that they many packages can be removable and have to be.
But some packages can be installed before installing other package.
Could you explain your patch more detail?

I pushed a small change to profile/mobile/meta-mobile some time ago ( https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/#/c/11478/). Without this change generated RD-PQ images are completely unusable. Could somebody take look at it and merge if acceptable ? It's already verified and reviewed with +2 mark, but it is still not merged.
