We’re going to upgrade GStreamer in tizen.org tizen branch to latest
upstream stable version, so that Samsung peers could upload their
changes which is based on latest 1.2.4 version.
The upgrading will rebase current packaging files and Tizen local
patches (e.g. from IVI and SDK team) to the top of upstream 1.2.4,
following Samsung patches will be submitted via Gerrit.
The changes will firstly be validated in Tizen Common, then merged
into Tizen IVI (won’t make it into the coming M14.2 release).
It’s expected to be done by next week, we’ll keep the progress updated
here in this mailing list, please raise your concern at any time, thanks.
