Hi Art, to do this in a post script in rpm you need to choose a user because currently we can't install an app for whole system (It will soon but it is not the case now).
If you take a look Modello Installer we do all installation as app (as Brian said). we need to specify DBUS command before as made here : https://review.tizen.org/gerrit/23057 But it works only at runtime (I means it don't work during image creation with mic for example), because this installation needs xwalk deamon up and running during installation Could you detail what exactly do you want?
