Thank you for the replies. I have searched JIRA for related defects and
haven't found one to match precisely what I am seeing (though this may be a
symptom of a different defect).

I created PTAPI-46 <https://bugs.tizen.org/jira/browse/PTAPI-46> to track
this.

We have the time and resources to more than happy to help address this
issue.
