I've filed the Post Grad Epic at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/LIVY-1048
If anyone thinks of other tasks please add to the epic.
Even if you don't know that it needs to be done, we can just verify and
resolve.

I'm also targeting an 0.10.0 release for now but we can discuss this as a
possible 1.0.0 milestone as well?
