Based on the tag git checkout tags/log4j-2.12.1-rc1 Apache RAT check OK
I could not find a way to run the CLIRR check on the log4j-api module. Running 'mvn clean install' OK using: Apache Maven 3.6.1 (d66c9c0b3152b2e69ee9bac180bb8fcc8e6af555; 2019-04-04T15:00:29-04:00) Maven home: C:\Java\apache-maven-3.6.1\bin\..
