Thanks for tackling this! I will help with the reviews, its a tricky one.
I didn't yet look, do SORTED/SORTED_SET TermsEnums also have the new behavior?
This was another source of stupid stuff, I think they should be consistent with
other termsenums (and now lookupOrd).
