Also, one concern I have with your last patch is that it's no longer possible
to disable the index for BBoxStrategy. For example, a user may just need it
for sorting/relevancy and not for any filtering. Perhaps the ComboField thingy
made this less obvious, but I hope you agree my change to PointVectorStrategy
(which doesn't use ComboField) clarifies these options. I should have added a
negative test to demonstrate this.
