At the very least, if you want to do some lowercasing, or other token
filtering, one could do that either before or after
DelimitedPayloadTokenFilter, and the current implementation will at least match
exact'ish phrases and payload score or check them - so it's actually not a bad
first pass. (At first I implemented it with simple space splitting, as DPTF
does, but then added analysis).
