Attached is the patch. A few considerations:
LINESTRING: This shape is mapped to Geo3d GeoPath but it does not support paths
with cutoff angles equal to 0. Therfore I am setting that value to 1e-10.
BUFFER: The Satial4j buffer extension is partially supported.
In addition the DistanceCalculator needs to be reviewed.
