ElasticLunr is not maintained anymore based on the repo's README.
To me, the correct solution is Solr. But I recognize other people's positions,
so I am +0 on anything better than we have now.
Incidentally, SearchHub has been down for at least several days. I am not quite
sure in which way this should sway the argument though.
