I'm sorry I wasn't able to initiate the vote for the Ref Guide earlier this week as I'd intended - I don't like to do the artifact upload if I think I'll be interrupted before finishing all the steps, and traveling this week introduced more interruptions than I'd anticipated in the first part of the week.
