Either completely remove \{{SolrContentHandler#transformValue}} (my
preference), or make it a no-op (+ adjusting the documentation) so that someone
may subclass it. But even someone who might be inclined to subclass it could
very well write an URP to do whatever manipulation needs to be done, and
generally fits better with Solr's architecture. So yeah just remove it.
