I was just about the log the same issue as [~steve_rowe], we use the maven
build internally (as we build other applications that use Lucene and Solr jars,
e.g. Luwak).
I had an alternate fix which was to explicitly add hamcrest dependencies to all
the various ivy.xml files which now have a dependency on it, but I had planned
to ask if the real intent was that any test should be be able to use the
dependencies from test-framework (which is the direction [~steve_rowe]'s patch
is going), so that answers that. :)
Does this patch apply to both branch_7x and master?
