There's also now some logging done by closer.cgi which is stored in:
https://www-eu.apache.org/dyn/stats/<project>.log
https://www-us.apache.org/dyn/stats/<project>.log
The columns show:
- timestamp
- part of IP address
- country (estimated)
- URL
