to be clear: i'm not saying that that I think we _*need*_ the
{{mirrors-core-latest-redir.html}} files to (a) be redirectors, or (b) handle
special tracking analytics -- i'm saying...
# if it's _not_ serving those purposes (A & b), then there is no reason for it
to exist ... ie: delete the page, don't just delete the javascript redirection.
# delete both instances of the page, not just the SOLR one.
