I will update lucene/MIGRATE.txt later on.
Seems it would take some time before the first RC will be created so we could
merge this into 8_2 branch again, but I hesitate a bit to ask to the RM to do
so. Let me know if it would be better getting into this 8.2 rather than waiting
8.3 \:)
