I also want to include SOLR-13793, which fixes a very dangerous situation whereby healthy nodes can go down under the triggering circumstances. (Very likely scenario where cluster has tons of collections, and potentially one or two rogue ones bringing down the several healthy nodes. Several of my past and present clients have experienced this).
