The truth is - most large companies will be reluctant to upgrade unless they see a benefit in doing so. Here, we can offer this benefit (call it a carrot, if you mentioned the stick, Mike) - speedups to vector routines, new directory implementations Uwe has been working on, probably more. I'm myself fairly conservative too but I also think that those new APIs are probably worth the investment (and potential pain) to upgrade. Dawid
